Where’s the Beef?
Season beef with salt and pepper.
Cook in olive oil for 10 mins each side at medium heat to desired doneness. Let rest 5 mins.
Slice tomato into thick slices. Slice steak into the same size slices. Slice Mozzarella.
Stack them all together.
Dress with green onions and enjoy.
